School bus cancellation — Wed., Jan 21, 2026

Wednesday, January 21, 2026 – School bus cancellations for Trillium Lakelands DSB and Near North District School Board (NPSSTS).

Due to forecasted inclement weather with poor visibility and road conditions all school vehicles to schools in Zone 1 & 2 for Trillium Lakelands District School Board have been cancelled for Wednesday January 21, 2026.

  • Zone 1 & 2 school vehicles to St. Dominic Catholic Secondary School, Saint Mary’s Catholic Elementary School and Monsignor Michael O’Leary have been cancelled.

Zone 1 Schools:

  • Bracebridge and Muskoka Lakes Secondary School + Adult and Alternate Education Centre
  • Bracebridge Public School
  • Gravenhurst High School + Adult and Alternate Education Centre
  • Glen Orchard Public School
  • Gravenhurst Public School
  • Honey Harbour Public School
  • K.P. Manson Public School
  • Macaulay Public School
  • Monck Public School
  • Muskoka Beechgrove Public School
  • Muskoka Falls Public School
  • Watt Public School
  • Monsignor Michael O’Leary Catholic Elementary School
  • St. Dominic Catholic Secondary School

Zone 2 Schools:

  • Huntsville High School + Adult and Alternate Education Centre
  • Huntsville Public School
  • Irwin Memorial Public School
  • Pine Glen Public School
  • Riverside Public School
  • Spruce Glen Public School
  • V.K. Greer Memorial Public School
  • Saint Mary’s Huntsville Catholic Elementary School
  • St. Dominic Catholic Secondary School

NPSSTS has cancelled buses in the weather zone of West Parry Sound and East Parry Sound South ( South of and excluding Hwy 522 ).

At this time, all schools remain open for students who can get there safely. Families are reminded that cancelled bus routes will not run in the afternoon; any students brought to school by other means must be picked up at the end of the school day.
