Don’t let the lack of snow fool you—Christmas is just around the corner.
Get into the festive spirit with the Rotary Club of North Muskoka’s Light Up the Night Tour, which began tonight and runs until Nov. 27, when the annual Santa Claus parade would normally have been held.
Almost 50 homes and businesses are participating and will have their lights on each night of the tour from 5-10 p.m. Some are drop-off points for non-perishable food items and toys that will be donated to The Table Soup Kitchen Foundation.
Once you’ve decided on your favourites, cast your vote on Rotary’s website for Best Decorated Home and Best Decorated Business.
Santa himself will announce the winners on the club’s Facebook page on Friday, Nov. 27, starting at 7 p.m.

The tour encompasses Huntsville, Port Sydney, and Novar. Download the tour map from rotaryclubofnorthmuskoka.com and visit some or all of the route before Nov. 27 (remember to bring along a toy or non-perishable food item for The Table if its within your means). Don’t forget to vote for your favourites!
