The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of breaching his Long Term Supervision Order.
Robert Walter ANDREWS is described as a Caucasian male, 55 years old, 6ft (183cm), 182 lbs (82kg) with hazel eyes and brown hair. He wears corrective lenses.
Robert Walter ANDREWS is serving an eight-year Long Term Supervision Order as a result of convictions for:
- attempt murder
- criminal harassment
- fail to comply with probation order
The offender is known to frequent Toronto and Hamilton.
