The Toronto Raptors may make history tonight. Unless you’ve been hiding out from civilization somewhere, you’ll know that the team is up three games to one over the Golden State Warriors in the NBA finals.
The Raptors return to play on Canadian soil tonight at Toronto’s Scotiabank Centre for what could be the deciding game in the series. A win would mark the first league title for the 24-year-old team, and the first time it’s been won outside the United States.
If you’re a Raptors fan, or just want to see how it all unfolds, you can cheer on Canada’s NBA team at River Mill Park tonight in Huntsville’s very own version of Jurassic Park. (For the uninitiated, Jurassic Park is the fan zone outside the Scotiabank Centre.)
The Town of Huntsville is hosting a ‘Jurassic Park North’ Game 5 NBA finals viewing party tonight, rain or shine, at River Mill Park. Bring your lawn chair and umbrella for 8:30 p.m. to this family-friendly free event to watch the Toronto Raptors play against the Golden State Warriors.
