    Thanks Grant…Choosing the slow quiet lane. Yes, the fast lane is so promoted as “fun, daring and adventurous”. Yes, it can be but … Naaa, as you said, life goes by too fast. Choose the journey not the destination. Just like ‘Slow Food’ is a movement we need to slow life and appreciate the moment.
