Our Town with Grant Nickalls: Huntsville’s music scene

Each week, Huntsville’s own Grant Nickalls will inspire us, entertain us, make us laugh or perhaps cry, but always he will remind us why Huntsville is the best place on earth to call home.

This week in Our Town, Huntsville’s music scene is alive and well. Grant pays a visit to the studio where producer Andre Wahl is working on a new Paul Lagendyk album. (Want to learn more about Andre Wahl? Check out Doppler’s profile on him here.)

Thanks Grant. Two of the best musicians of our town are gone now. Teen and Ed Terziano were fabulous artists. Lucky to know both of them. They were always happy to answer my many questions on our local history and were they sharp. Played in the Muskoka District Band with them which was so enjoyable. Now I’ll listen to my son in-law Will Main who is a grandson of Teen, one of the best Bass guitarists in Canada.
Lots of good local talent around in our town.
