Muskoka Maple Festival returns to Downtown Huntsville this Saturday

As spring returns to Muskoka, one of the region’s sweetest traditions is making a highly anticipated comeback this weekend.

This weekend, downtown Huntsville will once again come alive with the return of the Muskoka Maple Festival, a celebration that marks the peak of maple syrup season and brings the community together after a long winter and the start of a wet spring.

This Saturday, April 25, 2026, the streets of downtown Huntsville will transform into a bustling hub of food, music, and family-friendly fun as the annual Muskoka Maple Festival runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free, making it one of the most accessible and popular spring events in the region.

The festival celebrates the culmination of the maple harvest—a tradition deeply rooted in Canadian heritage—and showcases the rich flavours and craftsmanship of local maple producers.

Often described as “spring’s sweetest party,” the event highlights everything maple—from classic syrup to creative culinary twists. Visitors can explore a lively maple marketplace, where local producers share their products and stories, giving attendees a chance to connect directly with the region’s sugar bush culture.
