Important Fireworks Guidelines:
Permitted Times:
Consumer fireworks are allowed from dusk until 11:00 p.m. on statutory holiday weekends, provided there is no active fire ban. Please check the current fire danger rating before proceeding.
Fire Safety First:
- Only discharge fireworks in open areas, well away from buildings, trees, and flammable materials.
- Always have a bucket of water or hose nearby.
- Fireworks should never be handled by children. Adult supervision is mandatory.
Respect for Pets and Wildlife:
Fireworks can cause significant stress to animals. Consider notifying nearby neighbours of your plans and create a quiet, secure environment for your pets.
