The Huntsville Curling Club (HCC) is pleased to announce that work has begun on the next phase of their journey toward accessibility.
Preparation for the new front entrance is underway. Construction includes accessible double doors, an exterior portico, and a new lobby. We are excited that these changes will be completed in time for the fall curling start-up.
This is due in part to the community participation in our Access125 fundraising events including Saddle Up! 2023 and our 2024 Valentine’s Wine draw. Together we have raised $45,000 toward our goal of $125,000.
HCC will host the 2nd Saddle Up Huntsville! on June 8, 2024, at the club on Veterans Way. This country-themed evening will include great food, dancing, and a silent auction. You can even step up with the Line Dancing instructor and give line dancing a try.
So Saddle Up Huntsville! and come out for a great night on Saturday, June 8th, from 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.
