An arrest warrant was issued on October 25, 2024, for an assault occurrence in the Town of Huntsville. Huntsville OPP is still looking for the accused and is asking the public to report any sightings to police.
On October 24, 2023, at approximately 3:15 am Huntsville OPP responded to a call from a 32-year-old male who was a victim of an assault on Susan Street in Huntsville.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Kyle BALL, age 36, of the Town of Huntsville. He is charged with:
· Aggravated Assault
· Assault with a Weapon
· Uttering Threats – Cause death or bodily harm
· Mischief – destroys or damages property
BALL is known to frequent the Huntsville and Almaguin Highlands area. BALL is described as white, 5’3″, and 125lbs, he has a tattoo on the side of his face. BALL is known to carry weapons, if seen call the police and do not approach.
