On June 22, 2022 at 12:38 a.m. Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a report of a robbery at a Circle K store on Hanes Road in Huntsville after a man entered the store, demanded “everything” and made off with a small amount of cash and cigarettes.
After an investigation that included tips from members of the public, police have arrested and charged 27 year-old Joseph WHITFIELD of Huntsville with Robbery with Theft CC 344(1)(b). He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge, ON on July 26, 2022 to answer to his charge.
