The Huntsville Suzuki School is hosting a sit-down gala dinner on Saturday, April 18, at the Active Living Centre in Huntsville. Doors open at 5 p.m., dinner will begin around 6:30 p.m.
The School’s director, Indian cook Philip Kashap, and Chef Randy Spencer are joining forces for this event.
Philip and his crew will prepare some of the (East) Indian dishes you have come to know and appreciate; Randy will be cooking up some of his favourite dishes from the West Indies, drawing on his time as a chef in Jamaica and the Bahamas. It will be a feast!
Two hundred seats are available for this event, the capacity of the Active Living Centre. Seating is at 25 round tables of eight. You can buy individual tickets with unassigned seats, or reserve a table for eight.
It will be reminiscent of the big dinners of old: a buffet loaded with scrumptious things, silent auction items, and music by the students of the Suzuki School.
