Huntsville All-Candidates Forum scheduled for September 20

Candidates in the upcoming municipal elections on October 22, 2018 have been invited to participate in public forums in the coming weeks.

For voters in Lake of Bays, there will be two forums hosted by the Huntsville Lake of Bays Chamber of Commerce:

Saturday, August 25, Baysville Community Centre from 9:00am – 12:00pm
Wards: 9:00am-10:30am
Mayoral: 10:30am-12:00pm

Thursday, August 30, Dwight Community Centre from 6:00pm – 9:00pm
Wards: 6:00pm-7:30pm
Mayoral: 7:30pm-9:00pm

For voters in the Huntsville area, the following forum will be hosted by the Huntsville Lake of Bays Chamber of Commerce:

Thursday, September 20, Algonquin Theatre from 7:00pm – 9:00pm
This forum will consist of the Mayoral race, the District race and the Brunel race. Karin Terziano (Huntsville ward) and Jonathan Wiebe (Chaffey ward), while both acclaimed, will be invited to participate in the forum.

Port Sydney candidates will participate in a forum held in Port Sydney and hosted by the Port Sydney/Bracebridge Chamber of Commerce. The format and date for this forum will be announced soon.
