Seasonal half-load restrictions on roads under the jurisdiction of the Township of Lake of Bays will lift effective Friday, May 15, 2026, unless otherwise posted.
Half-load restrictions are applied each spring to protect roads while they soften during freeze‑thaw conditions. Once road conditions stabilize, normal weight limits can safely resume.
