Over the weekend the Allen family travelled to Vaughan for a high-level Judo Grappling Championship.
Jeff Allen and his son Lucas had a great day of fights and Lucas brought home gold. Jeff also took gold in his heavyweight division and a gold medal in the absolute open weight.
“We are keeping active ahead of the World Grappling Championship on April 28th,” said Jeff.
