Twelve new rental apartments coming to Downtown Huntsville

It’s no secret that rental apartments are hard to come by. The good news, brand-new rental apartments are coming to Downtown Huntsville.

Granite Vista Property Management, which took over the former Maplebranch Property Management business at 12 Main St W #4 in Huntsville, will be managing the new Capitol Apartments coming available soon in beautiful Downtown Huntsville, and within a convenient walking distance to all amenities.

The building, located at 8 Main Street in Huntsville— the former location of the Capitol Theatre—has high ceilings and will offer one-bedroom apartments and one, two-bedroom apartment. The apartments will have elevator access, and coin-operated laundry on each floor, with ensuite laundry in two of the one-bedroom apartments. The apartments also include a designated parking space. The building includes video surveillance and you can bring your furry friend as the apartments are pet-friendly, although some restrictions may apply.

The brand-new suites also contain new appliances, walk-in closets, and soundproofing. The entrance to the residential component of the building will be off Caroline Street.

On the Main Street side of the building, you’ll find a Hindu Temple—a unique first for Huntsville, along with a restaurant.

“The apartments all have high ceilings and beautiful modern finishes which make the spaces feel bright, open, and inviting,” explained Granite Vista owner Rhoni Clarke who owns the business with partner Dave Kemp.

The friendly staff you were used to seeing at Maplebranch will form part of the new Granite Vista team. Granite Vista will be working with LakeTree Properties and other companies moving forward to continue to bring new rental opportunities throughout Muskoka. Granite Vista plans to expand, establishing new offices in both Gravenhurst and Parry Sound.
