The Etwell Concert Series has hosted Paul James for more than 10 years, and he’s always been a crowd pleaser. He is a true entertainer and an accomplished musician.
Paul James has been a legendary rocker for more than 50 years on the Canadian music scene.
His band has always been recognized as the top club band in Toronto. He is a Juno award winner, and holds the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Canadian Maple Blues Society.
He has played in the Bo Diddley Band. When Bob Dylan comes to Toronto, he tries to find out where Paul is playing and joins Paul and his band onstage for a set. ( incognito). He refuses to do his own material and insists on playing along, jamming out on Paul’s choice of songs. Other touring musicians do the same.
These are family events. Children are admitted for free. You are also welcome to bring your own picnic.
