Hazards:
Locally heavy snowfall with total accumulations of 5 to 10 cm.
Reduced visibility at times in heavy flurries.

Tuesday morning into Tuesday evening.
Discussion:
Flurries, heavy at times, are expected to significantly reduce visibilities and produce local snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm.
Travel may be hazardous due to sudden changes in the weather. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
