Due to cybersecurity incident, interim ticket solution implemented for the Algonquin Theatre

The Town of Huntsville says it continues to work with experts to recover from the cybersecurity incident it experienced. With its partner, the Huntsville Festival of the Arts, it has implemented an interim ticketing solution for School of Rock scheduled for April 2024 at the Algonquin Theatre.

Advance tickets can now be purchased online through the Town of Huntsville’s program registration platform, PerfectMind. Those new to PerfectMind will be prompted to create an account before purchasing tickets; your Algonquin Theatre account is not the same as your PerfectMind account.

Tickets can also be purchased in-person at the Theatre one hour prior to show-time or at the Canada Summit Centre during its regular business hours.

Moving forward, sales will be festival seating only for all shows. Adult, Youth, Member and Family tickets are available. Group sales and special pricing have been eliminated.

The Town is asking those who already have tickets to bring a copy of their receipt as proof of purchase. Those with assigned seating are asked to arrive no later than one half hour prior to the show so they can be seated first. Otherwise, festival seating will apply.

“Our staff, volunteers and partners thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter, and on the day of the event, as we work through the complexities of the situation,” reads a release issued by the municipality.
