The Downtown Huntsville BIA is excited to share the 2023 Taste of Huntsville Week & Downtown Dollars Giveaway, happening Friday, March 10 through Sunday, March 19 at six participating downtown restaurants.
“We’re looking forward to highlighting all the incredible food downtown, whether it’s a pre-fixe meal, a dessert, or a favorite snack item,” says Ellen Selby, Interim Downtown Huntsville BIA Manager. “Huntsville has so much to offer all year round, and we want to celebrate that and invite people to visit restaurants over March break. Our restaurateurs are such an active part of what makes Downtown great. And of course, we’re offering an awesome grand prize for customers of $250 of Downtown Dollars for anyone who completes their ballot!”
Many local favourites are participating, like Beaver Tails, The Nutty Chocolatier, Main Street Local Kitchen, Marigold Unique Flavours, Affogato, and Mill on Main. See a full list of special items at downtownhuntsvilleadventures.ca/tasteofhuntsville.
All customers have to do is order the restaurants’ specialty item then fill out and submit a ballot at the end of the meal. On March 20, a grand prize winner will be randomly selected and awarded $250 worth of Downtown Dollars. Why not visit every participating restaurant, try all the great selections, and enter every time you do?

I hate to bust your bubble but With the cost of going out to eat in resturants these days and then having to add 20-30% tip just who do you think can afford to go on a resturant eating spree? Most people are trying to save money to shop for groceries. It is a great idea to attract business to downtown but it’s not a very good time to do it.
