One of the best things you can do for yourself is to quit smoking or vaping and the Don’t Quit Quitting website offers tips, facts and helpful ideas to guide you. It can also help you connect with supports, help you find free nicotine replacement therapy (i.e. nicotine patches), calculate how much money you can save by quitting, and guide you through ways to manage cravings. Every attempt brings you one step closer to quitting for good.
