The Clothes Closet is in need of spring/summer and formal wear

The Clothes Closet, which provides new and gently used clothing free-of-charge to Huntsville High School (HHS) students who need them, is now accepting donations of spring and summer clothing and formal wear for prom. Prom accessories like jewellery, nylons, shoes, ties and belts are also accepted. They ask that all gently used clothing be current trends suitable for high school students, and be freshly washed, not stained, and not have any specific logos related to a specific event.

The Clothes Closet opened on the third floor at HHS on November 1, 2016 and has had 242 visits to date. The project was started by Karen Litchfield, and is open to all students. For more information, visit The Clothes Closet Facebook page.
