Calling all retirees!

There is no waiting list anymore. The PROBUS Club of Muskoka North has re-opened and is offering a full October and November of dining, meeting, fellowship and fun.

If you are recently retired, or have moved to the area, one of Huntsville’s most active retirement clubs is calling you.

Our fall season began with a big car rally with 80 enthusiasts. In the coming weeks we have booked the Marigold for lunch and The Brew Pub for an Oktoberfest dinner. Our club’s  photography, euchre, bridge and needles and hooks clubs are in full swing.

The Hiking Club has just finished Centennial Ridges, Algonquin Park’s best hike.

Every month we gather together for a featured speaker. In early October we heard from the Canadian Snowbird Association. Last week we listened to a ‘Power Panel’ on the ‘Future of News’ featuring CTV News heavy-weights Lloyd Robertson, Wendy Freeman and Victor Malarek who came to Huntsville to speak to us.

Our Club has retired teachers, civil servants, business owners and operators, engineers and journalists. Single retirees are especially welcome.
