Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare (MAHC) is relocating the Made-in-Muskoka Healthcare Community Chat in Bracebridge on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, to the Bracebridge Sportsplex Auditorium at 110 Clearbrook Trail.
Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare appreciates the flexibility of the Town of Bracebridge to make programming changes at the Sportsplex so that the auditorium could be available for a large audience to discuss hospital redevelopment on February 6 at 7 p.m.
The session in Huntsville takes place on Thursday, February 1 at 7 p.m. at the Active Living Centre.

The 2 hospital decision is NOT going to work! The folks who made this decision have created a hornets nest! The Doctors have signed a petition against the decision. Services delivery model & where to go in a 2 hospital decision are too complicated when in crisis mode! People will die! IMO the current decision was made on ‘feelings & emotions’ … nothing to do with common sense or cost for 2 hospitals. Way to many problems now and in the future .. read the doctors letter to MAHC! STOP it now and support a one Hospital Solution! All these 2 Hospital problems go away and everyone wins with consolidated services and improved services with no doubt or concern of getting the right attention and medical care! Don’t let the ship sail again and continue down this road of confusion with problems after problems ! Make the adult .. common sense decision and focus on the simple solution of ONE hospital! Let’s get going and hopefully focus ‘effort and time’ .. to do the right thing!
