Art Fx is a year-long series on Huntsville Doppler featuring Huntsville-area visual artists.

About the artist:

Gordon Duncan is a painter living in Dwight, Ontario. He paints landscapes, wildlife, and portraits.

His love of painting has taken him on a journey of discovery that has taken over 10,000 hours of study, courses, and practise. He paints in a realistic style using photo references and en plein air.

He has taken courses at the Haliburton School of Art, most notably with Robert Batemen.

He paints out of Rat Bay Studio in his home and he can be found on Facebook under that title (click here). Commissions are available. He can be reached at gordduncan1@gmail.com.
