Due to the lack of rainfall and lower daytime humidity, ONLY campfires used for cooking and warmth are permitted at this time in Almaguin Highlands.
If you are having a campfire, please ensure you watch your fire carefully and have a method on hand to extinguish the fire. Make sure your fire is completely extinguished before leaving.
In Muskoka, a total fire ban is in effect, so no fires of any kind are allowed, including fireworks and charcoal BBQs.
