THIS BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON

Brought to you by these community-minded organizations because they recognize that
good business is good for everyone:

There’s a new real estate office in downtown Huntsville and its agents were excited to welcome the community to their new space at an open house on Tuesday, May 7.

Brokers Susan Brown, Ragan Zilic Lovegrove, and Sandy Tyers, and sales representatives Elissa Boughen, Dawn Mashinter and Kim O’Grady chose the location as a central place from which to serve both residential and recreational property buyers and sellers.

“More agents are mobile now, but we felt it was important to have this downtown presence,” said O’Grady. “It’s a place to be able to meet with our clients, showcase our listings, and better service the community.” It also provides an opportunity to share more about the roots of Chestnut Park Real Estate, which launched in Toronto in the early 1990s and has since grown to more than 300 agents. The company is affiliated with Christie’s International Real Estate, providing the ability to advertise listings internationally.

“We are seasoned agents, we have the experience, and we have, within the leadership of our company, three lawyers, so we have legal counsel as part of our company,” noted O’Grady.

The open house was well received, said O’Grady, adding that guests appreciated being able to meet the agents and enjoyed the casual vibe of the office. “We are excited to be part of the downtown and to continue to grow as a company and to serve local residents as well as people moving to the area.”

Watch for future information nights on real estate-related topics. You can also stop in to the office any time they are open—there will be an agent on duty daily to answer questions about listings and the local real estate market.
