Raise a glass to friends and family, and to the coming new year, with these festive holiday drinks. Most of them are alcohol-free so they can be served to all ages, but we’ve included a couple of adult-only options.

Brewhouse Sangria
Huntsville Brewhouse
The Brewhouse Sangria (pictured at right in the image) is a festive and fruity alternative to red wine.
In a wine glass…
Layer ice and fruit.
Add:
1/2oz Dillon’s White Rye
1/2oz Black Currant Vodka
2oz Pinot Noir
Finish with lemonade and garnish with fruit on top.
Unicorn Poop Hot Chocolate
A version of this winter wonder is served at the Huntsville Brewhouse. Kids love it.
Hot chocolate mix, prepared according to directions (you can use either regular hot chocolate or white hot chocolate with a few drops of red food colouring for a pink version)
Coloured sprinkles
Whipped cream
Coloured mini marshmallows
Coat rim of mug and dip into a plate of sprinkles.
Add prepared hot chocolate to mug.
Layer top with whipped cream, mini marshmallows and more sprinkles. Garnish with a multi-coloured candy cane.
Mistletoe Mojito

¼ cup fresh cranberries
½ oz vanilla syrup*
½ oz lime juice
6 mint leaves
1½ oz spiced rum
2 oz ginger ale
1 mint sprig
1 lime wedge
To a tall glass, add cranberries, vanilla syrup, lime juice and mint leaves. Muddle, fill with ice and add spiced rum and ginger ale. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wedge.

2 oz cranberry juice
1 oz apple juice
Small piece cinnamon stick
Candy cane
Add cranberry juice, apple juice and cinnamon stick to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with candy cane.

½ oz cranberry juice
½ fresh strawberry
4 oz chilled sparkling water
To a fluted glass, add passionfruit juice, cranberry juice and strawberry half. Top with sparkling water.
