Walking through the lovely area of Huntsville known as Campus Trails, you’ll notice that each person you meet gives a smile and a hello.
It’s a friendly area of town and home to several active community members. Part of the reason the neighbourhood residents are so cheerful is the fact that living in Campus Trails by Greystone provides so many amazing benefits.
These include being part of a wonderful and welcoming community, having several activities and amenities close by, being near to both a health hub and the hospital, and beautiful modern living abodes.
“Each building has a vibrant group of owners, along with the overall Campus Trails community being very active,” explains Danielle Horsfield, project coordinator and designer. “There is a strong health and wellness identity within the area that attracts more interested owners.”
On top of all of that, every condo purchased since the project broke ground in 2021 includes a $1,000 donation in the owner’s name to the Huntsville Hospital Foundation through the Campus Trails Legacy Fund.
In July 2025, they donated another $39,000 from the Emily building to bring the total to $117,000 via the Campus Trails Legacy Fund. In October 2021, they donated $30,000 from The Tom development, then in November 2023 another $39,000 from units sold at the Alexander.
This initiative is a passion project by Greystone owner Pat Dubé. He planned on the fundraising efforts from the outset of the Campus Trail projects.
“Giving back to the hospital is something that is very important to me and is also very important to the Campus Trail residents,” says Dubé. “I’m so happy we have been able to support such a vital institution through the legacy fund.”
Indeed, the response has been overwhelmingly positive and especially when the condominium owners find out the donation is made in their individual name.
“We wanted this to feel like it was our whole community contributing and indeed it is,” says Dubé.
The Lawren
The next building project, The Lawren, has begun actively selling units in recent months.
A model suite is available for viewing by appointment, with exceptional value pricing beginning just north of $500,000 with a favourable deposit of just $20,000 getting the process started.
Campus Trails by Greystone features natural forest and walking trails, is just a few minutes from downtown Huntsville, and has a medical centre only steps away with a pharmacy, a dozen doctors in two family physician groups, a physiotherapy clinic, and One Kids Place (providing a full complement of health care services for children).
The overall project has been designed to cater to as many needs as possible for the residents at fair prices. Stop by the community for a visit to see why so many people are happily settling in this part of Huntsville.
