It’s Wayback Wednesday, sponsored by Jamie Lockwood, broker/owner of Sutton Group Muskoka Realty!

In the late 1800s, to mid-1900s, Utterson was part of a bustling railway service and had its own station which opened in 1885. The railway transported passengers and freight and had lines running both north and south with stops in places like Ufford, Windermere, Ullswater, Bent River, and Rosseau. The station closed in 1968.
