“This is a picture of a wartime song show we did with Dr Lyn Sargeant at the Legion. Unfortunately, I didn’t keep the year on the clipping, but it was in December, and apparently, the second year we did it. It was really fun. Although some have passed on, Dr Sargeant, Wilma Ford, Garth Thomas , Bill Farmer for sure, many of the rest still live here. We had such fun doing our shows in those years. We may not have been as professional as the ones are now, but we put our hearts and souls into every production. Great memories. Often directed by Hugh Mackenzie!” she writes.
