It’s time to exercise your right to vote, Huntsville. The voting period for the 2018 municipal election opens at 10:00 a.m. today and closes on October 22, 2018 at 8:00 p.m. Voting for this election is by internet or telephone.
Eligible voters should have received a voter information letter in the mail. That letter includes a voter ID and PIN, along with instructions on how to vote online or by telephone. You can also watch a video about how to vote here.
If you believe you are an eligible voter and did not receive a letter, visit the election office during the hours listed below to speak to an election official. You will need to bring one piece of acceptable identification from the list here.
For electors wishing to vote with the assistance of an election official, the election office in Club 55 at 37 Main Street East is equipped with touch screens, computers and telephones. At the discretion of the Municipal Clerk, a request may be considered for an election official to travel to a location with a mobile kiosk to assist electors who require accommodations from October 12, to October 18, 2018.
