Captain Adam Smith of the 844 Norseman Royal Canadian Air Cadets Huntsville, was one of the many community members to lay a wreath as a way of expressing gratitude to those who served in the wars.

Community members gathered at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 232 in Huntsville to remember and give thanks to the soldiers who fought in combat and to those who are serving today. At the end of the ceremony, people were invited to leave their poppies on the memorial.
