Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare (MAHC) is working to develop its next strategic plan to guide the organization for the next three years and wants your input to help shape its short-term direction and priorities.
Looking back to 2012, MAHC engaged stakeholders in developing a patient-focused 2012-2014 strategic plan, which was refreshed in 2015 to build on the successes of the previous plan and to further continue its work and focus on MAHC’s strategic goals for 2015-2018.
“The Strategic Plan is a roadmap for the next three years, which is different from the future planning for 15-plus years from now, which is also a current focus for our community. Our strategic plan defines our short-term direction and priorities and is truly a roadmap for a three-year horizon,” says Phil Matthews, Board Chair. “It is important to us that we hear directly from our community—both our health care partners and those who live in our communities—about their experiences and expectations to help inform our next strategic plan.”
From now until Friday, March 8, 2019, MAHC is gathering stakeholder feedback in a brief, anonymous online survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/
“Our goal is that later this spring, MAHC, along with its internal and external stakeholders, will have defined our short-term priorities in a 2019-2022 Strategic Plan that is based on the needs of our communities, our partners’ and funders’ priorities, and MAHC’s future sustainability,” says Bubela.
Members of the public are encouraged to share their voice by completing the online survey or by visiting www.surveymonkey.com/r/
