With a loss last night, Toronto Raptors fans will have to wait until Thursday to see if their team will make NBA finals history.
After a nail-biting one-point loss to the Golden State Warriors, the Raptors are still ahead 3-2 in the seven-game series.
The Raptors return to Oakland on Thursday for game 6. A win there would mark the first league championship for the 24-year-old team, and the first time it’s been won outside the United States.
If you’re a Raptors fan, or just want to see how it all unfolds, you can cheer on Canada’s NBA team at River Mill Park on Thursday night in Huntsville’s very own version of Jurassic Park. (For the uninitiated, Jurassic Park is the fan zone outside the Scotiabank Centre.)
Bring your lawn chair and umbrella for 8:30 p.m. to this family-friendly free event.
