In addition to bringing great hockey to their community, the Junior C Otters have given back to their supportive fans and community by hosting a Christmas Food Drive for their December 9th home game against the Midland Flyers. Admission was gained by the donation of food or money for the local Table Soup Kitchen Foundation.
The Otter’s fans were so supportive and charitable. By the end of the evening, there was a mountain of food collected, along with over $800.00 in cash donations, as well some toys for Christmas, pet food, and toiletry donations. Well done Huntsville!
