Huntsville Station, circa 1910.

The railway (Northern & Pacific Junction RR — N&PJR)) arrived in Huntsville in 1885, and the station was opened in 1886, the same year the railway connected with the transcontinental CPR at Callander. By 1888 The Grand Trunk Railway had taken full control of north/south rail, which it would retain until it was folded into the CNR in 1923. Posted on Vintage Muskoka on Facebook by Rod Brazier.
