They should not have let us drive into the area. We went to visit our property and drove past the cruisers and the helicopter kept circling us right over head while we were on our 62 acre lot.So Mr Beatty you are wrong!

The presence of 3 cruisers and a helicopter was an obvious indicator that public safety is in fact paramount .

I do not believe public safety is paramount. My daughter and I were on our property on Rowanwood road and were circled at least 10 times by a helicopter and we saw 3 cruisers near this intersection. They did not inform us what was going on so we could choose to leave. I made a series of phone calls to find out what was going on and then left our property to go home. In the interest of public safety the officer park between the lanes at the Rowanwood intersection should have told us so that I could make the choice to bring my daughter home.
