Huntsville OPP appealing for public assistance in search for missing man

Members of the Huntsville Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police are asking for public assistance in their search for a missing Baysville man.

The missing male is Bob (age 69). He is described as 5’7″ with a thin build, salt-and-pepper hair, and a long beard. He is possibly wearing a hat with the Bob logo as in the photo, jeans, and black work boots. The missing person was last spoken to around 8:30 p.m. on June 4, 2024, when he was in Baysville, Lake of Bays Township, in Muskoka.

Huntsville OPP with the assistance of Central Region Emergency Response Team (ERT), Canine Unit (K9), and Aviation Services have continued to search the individual’s last known location in Baysville.

If you live or work in the Baysville area, please check surveillance video. Investigators are asking that anyone with information in relation to the missing person call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
