Despite the fierce competition at the Canadian Budoka Karate Championships held in Sudbury on Saturday, April 29, the Dokan Karate Huntsville team managed to take home some hardware.

“We were humbled to be part of it. The comradery and sportsmanship from our fellow competitors and the praise from the judges—world-class all the way. We did manage to impress them, and take home some hardware, and are keen to keep working hard in preparation for next time,” Lucien ‘s Jongers, owner and teacher at Dokan Karate in Huntsville.
