While healthy feet are essential to our overall health, it is a part of the body that often goes neglected.
Whether your pain stems from any number of injuries, including a wound, an ingrown toenail, or bothersome corn and calluses that make walking uncomfortable—treating, assessing, and ensuring your feet are healthy is what Danielle Bible specializes in.
She is a Registered Practical Nurse with Advanced Lower Limb and Foot Care Education, certified as a Podortho Nurse. Danielle has made it her business to ensure that our feet—the part of our body that grounds us—are properly cared for. She provides services including fungal nail care, ingrown toenail removal, callous and corn removal, wound care, senior foot care and proper fitting for compression socks. Danielle also offers specialized foot care and screening for Diabetic patients.
Danielle’s services are also covered under WSIB for those who have workplace injuries.
She commuted to Barrie before taking the plunge and starting her practice in Muskoka when her partner took a position in the area. That means she is beginning to build her client base in Muskoka and offers a flexible schedule, including home visits for a reasonable travel fee. Danielle recommends having an assessment completed every six to eight weeks to ensure the health and well-being of your feet, including early detection of foot and lower limb complications.
Danielle says you might be surprised how much one can learn from looking at your foot health. She welcomes clients of any age and is happy to answer any questions you may have before your first visit.
You can find Danielle at “Let’s Get Physio Muskoka” at 39 Campus Trail, Suite #4. The clinic number is (705) 788-7878.
Danielle also offers mobile services for seniors or people with mobility issues. To arrange a personal visit, please call: 905- 806-4165 or email her at: [email protected]
