Dr. N.E. Hunt took this photo between 1980 and 1990 while it was still the iconic Flotron’s Huntsville Trading Company. It later (we’re not sure of the exact date) became Flotron’s Tweed & Hickory, a women’s clothing store. Flotron’s Tweed & Hickory announced their closure in 2014. Today, the space sits empty. Did you ever shop there? What do you think could successfully go into that space?
