https://cuc.ca/.The theme of this meeting is “The Land Between” which is a term for an area from Parry Sound to Lanark, Bancroft to Peterborough that encompasses a unique “ecotone” where two ecosystems overlap. The service this month, which is our first in Huntsville, will look at this ecosystem, the unique species that live here and some of the ecological history of the area. This presentation is not done by an ecologist, but rather by an educator, story-teller and amateur naturalist.
