Dwight business featured at Northern Ontario Agri-Food Pavilion’s Beer, Wine, and Spirits Garden

Wild Muskoka Botanicals out of Dwight is helping put Muskoka and the natural products in this region, on the map. Its products, like their Orange & Sumac Bitters and their popular Charred Cedar Bitters, are being used in cocktails made at the Northern Ontario Agri-Food Pavilion’s Beer, Wine, and Spirits Garden.

The business out of Dwight in Lake of Bays is a producer of artisan wild foods and cocktail mixers. Their hand-produced, small-scale goods, like their signature Elderberry Syrup, are crafted with a focus on ecological integrity, and owner Laura Gilmour uses high-quality local ingredients  like organic herbs and spices foraged in a sustainable manner. Wild Muskoka Botanicals’ passion is helping people to reconnect with the natural world and promoting wellness and fun through the inclusion of wild plants and traditional herbal medicines in modern life.

The pavilion is supported by FedNor and the businesses showcased and since 2015, exhibitors at the Northern Ontario Agri-Food Pavilion have generated over $7.2 million in on-site and projected sales. The event (held at Exhibition Place, Toronto, located at 100 Princes’ Blvd) generates approximately 30,000 visitors per year.
