Community invited to one-year-out celebration for 2019 Ontario 55+ Winter Games

The Town of Huntsville would like to invite the community to a one year out celebration for the Huntsville 2019 Ontario 55+ Winter Games. The event will be held on Wednesday, March 7 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Active Living Centre.

Hosted by Games Organizing Committee Chair, Fran Coleman, the event will introduce to the community the Games General Manager and Games Organizing Committee members along with representatives from the OSGA and Games Ontario.

Attendees will have an exclusive chance to learn about exciting volunteer roles and event sponsorship opportunities.

The Games will take place in March 2019 with 10 sporting events and more than 1000 athletes. Sporting events include: Alpine Skiing, Badminton, Curling, Duplicate Bridge, Ice Hockey, Nordic Skiing, Prediction Skating, Table Tennis, Ten Pin Bowling and Volleyball.
