What better way to shake the greyness of November, and ward off winter, than a rousing, inspiring concert!
Such is being offered at Trinity United Church on November 22 at 7 p.m. Featured are Trinity’s dynamic, long-time music minister Johnny Langille, Huntsville’s Got Talent Winner Robert Attfield, and local jazz legend Brian Smith.
If you are looking for powerhouse Classical piano, Upswing Jazz piano, or Inspirational music to fill the soul, then this is the concert for you. Pleasant bonuses of piano and organ duets, jazz and sacred music, as well as a whisper of Christmas, complete a wide range of musical tastes to reach all the musical senses.
This is sure to be an uplifting evening. “In all his years at Trinity, I’ve never been so excited and honoured to be part of a musical event,” added Langille. “What an utmost privilege to be on the same stage with so much talent and skill!”
Johnny, Rob and Brian extend a heartfelt, personal invitation to everyone, and hopes are high on filling the sanctuary with souls and songs.
Tickets are $20 and are available at the door and the office of Trinity United Church. Office hours Monday to Thursday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., please call Johnny 705-783-2841.
A time of refreshments, treats and conversation is to follow in Trinity Hall, courtesy of the wonderful United Church women.
