Break and enter at Esso station on Highway 60 overnight

Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a break in that occurred sometime overnight at the Esso Gas Station.

The owners of the Esso Gas Station on Highway # 60 in the town of Huntsville arrived around 7:00am on January 11, 2016 to find that the lock had been broken and unknown culprits had entered the store. Once inside they managed to get into the cabinets and remove a substantial amount of cigarettes. The culprits also did damage to some of the equipment inside the store.

Huntsville OPP members were assisted by the Scenes of Crimes Officers (SOCO) in the investigation. The officers are looking for any information into this break in. Anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area between 10:30pm on Sunday January 10, 2016 and 7:00am on Monday January 11, 2016 is asked to contact Huntsville OPP or Crime Stoppers.
