{"id":71163,"date":"2019-07-08T10:08:23","date_gmt":"2019-07-08T14:08:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/huntsville.dopperonline.ca\/?p=71163"},"modified":"2019-07-08T10:08:23","modified_gmt":"2019-07-08T14:08:23","slug":"rotary-dockfest-2019-in-photos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/doppleronline.ca\/huntsville\/rotary-dockfest-2019-in-photos\/","title":{"rendered":"Rotary Dockfest 2019: in photos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The sixth annual Rotary Dockfest drew hundreds of spectators to the Town Dock and River Mill Park on July 6 for a fun day of festivities including the crowd-pleasing bathtub derby.<\/p>\n<div style=\"float: left; margin-right: 14px;\"><strong><broadstreet-zone zone-id=\"45658\" keywords=\"\" soft-keywords=\"true\" zone-alias=\"\"><\/broadstreet-zone><\/strong><\/div>\n<p>More than 40 local businesses and organizations participated in the derby, some meeting with mishaps on their way to the finish line, but only one could be victorious.<\/p>\n<p>When the waves had settled, it was On The Docks Pub who took 2019 bragging rights for the derby; Moose FM 105.5 won the media race. (Better luck next year, Doppler!) Core Health took home the best in parade award.<\/p>\n<p>It was Habitat for Humanity Ontario Gateway North that was the true winner of the event, receiving a $15,000 cheque from the Rotary Club of
