An investigation lead to several charges.<\/p>\n<p>Dwayne GAGNON (39) of Huntsville has been charged with the following offences:<\/p>\n<div style=\"float: left; margin-right: 14px;\"><strong><broadstreet-zone zone-id=\"45658\" keywords=\"\" soft-keywords=\"true\" zone-alias=\"\"><\/broadstreet-zone><\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Operating a Motor Vehicle while Prohibited, Section 320.1 of the Criminal Code of Canada.<\/li>\n<li>Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon, Section 91(2) of the Criminal Code of Canada<\/li>\n<li>Possession of Proceeds of Crime under $5000, Section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.<\/li>\n<li>Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance, Section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.<\/li>\n<li>Trafficking in a Schedule 1 Substance, Section 5(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.<\/li>\n<li>Fail to Stop for Police, Section 216 of the Highway Traffic Act.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>GAGNON is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located at 36 Chaffey Street  in Huntsville on Wednesday April 17, 2019 to answer to the charges.<\/p>\n<p>Police are asking anyone with information to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
