And that\u2019s why I wanted to start working here.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Now in his tenth year at the dealership, Sean joined his father Peter Morrison for a gala celebration honouring recipients of Honda\u2019s <\/span><span class=\"s2\">prestigious Council of Sales Leadership<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> Awards on January 26 at the Delta Hotel in Toronto. This is the ninth consecutive year that Peter has attained award status and the fifth time Sean has been recognized. The accolades recognize outstanding sales volume, a commitment to professional development and exceptional customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In trying to sum up what has made his career such a success, Peter says it helps that he is wholeheartedly behind his work. \u201cI believe in the product; I believe in the company itself, which makes it easy. And I\u2019m really invested in my clients.\u201d  Peter\u2019s clients clearly feel the same loyalty; some of his younger customers today are the grandchildren of some of the first clients he served when he launched his career over 30 years ago. Watching his dad\u2019s approach taught Sean a lot about the importance of nurturing client relationships. \u201cWhen you know to put the customer first, the rest takes care of itself.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The father-son pair also credit the staff they work with and Jason Armstrong, owner of Huntsville Honda, for their success. \u201cWe have a really good support system,\u201d Sean says. \u201cJason is behind us 100 percent.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Peter couldn\u2019t be more pleased with his son\u2019s professional trajectory. \u201cIf people ask me what I\u2019m most proud of in my career, it\u2019s seeing my son succeed. It\u2019s turning into a case now of the student becoming the teacher!
